Registered Nurse | Postpartum Recovery Specialist | Maternal Health Advocate

Your postpartum recovery doesn’t end at six weeks. Neither should your care.

I support mothers up to four years postpartum, because your health and well-being deserve attention long after birth.

Hi, I'm Grace!

I've spent nearly 21 years working in healthcare, along with extensive continuing education focused on postpartum health and recovery. I've also experienced firsthand just how challenging postpartum life can be. My own journey has included a three week mental health hospitalization, divorce, bankruptcy, navigating co-parenting, a cross-country move, and plenty of other challenges. I've also undergone a significant physical transformation, losing 118 pounds along the way. (My focus is never on the number on the scale, but on the person as a whole). Between my nursing experience, continued education, and everything I've navigated personally, I understand just how much motherhood can change us mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Today, I work one-on-one with mothers up to four years postpartum through a highly personalized, 12-week recovery program, including daily support, that focuses on the whole person. When appropriate, I also coordinate care with other healthcare providers, (with mom's permission, of course). This includes, but is not limited to, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, OB-GYNs, midwives, doulas, therapists, and other professionals involved in their care.

My approach combines clinical knowledge with compassionate, individualized support. Together, we look beyond the symptoms to explore what may actually be contributing to how you're feeling.

Depending on your individual needs and goals, our work may include:

• Daily Text Support: Ongoing, personalized support via WhatsApp to ask questions, share updates, navigate challenges, and receive guidance throughout your recovery journey.

• Weekly Check-Ins: Personalized, one-on-one sessions to review progress, address concerns, and adjust your recovery plan as needed. Available in person for local clients or virtually for clients nationwide.

• Lab Work & Nutritional Deficiencies: Reviewing results and identifying concerns to discuss with your healthcare providers.

• Weight & Body Composition: Sustainable weight management and lifestyle changes.

• Hormonal & Metabolic Health: Navigating hormonal, thyroid, and metabolic concerns.

• Mental Health & Emotional Well-Being: Stress management, nervous system regulation, and emotional support.

• Nutrition & Movement: Building strength, improving energy, and creating sustainable habits.

• Relationships & Identity: Navigating intimacy, relationships, and the transition into motherhood.

• Healthcare/Mental Health Navigation & Advocacy: Coordinating with providers, understanding your options, and advocating for your needs.

Whether your goals involve weight management, improving your energy, better understanding your physical and mental health, navigating emotional challenges, or simply feeling more like yourself again, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan that reflects your unique needs, priorities, and goals.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to postpartum recovery, and there shouldn't be.

My goal isn't to help you "bounce back." It's to help you understand your body, feel confident in your health, and build a foundation for long-term well-being.

Because mothers deserve to be cared for, too.

While everyone is focused on the baby, I’m focused on you. Not just in those first few weeks after birth, but throughout your postpartum journey and beyond.

Let’s talk about you, your health, and what you need to feel like yourself again.

Whether you're struggling with specific symptoms, have questions about your health, need resources, are interested in weight management, or simply need an unbiased ear and some guidance, I'd love to connect.

Schedule a free 45-minute postpartum consultation to share your story, ask questions, and explore what support might look like for you.

No pressure, no judgment, and absolutely no obligation.
